The Opportunity
As a Manager, Business Development, you will report to our Director, Business Development. In this role you will hire, coach, and inspire a group of BDRs to excel in their inbound and outbound pipeline generation. This position will be focused on engaging our team with energy and creative solutions. You will play a vital role within the sales cycle at EUNA as they are the first impression our customer has and builds the foundation for future partnerships. You will oversee & support daily prospecting activities, be a critical part of the hiring and onboarding process and play an active role in the ongoing training of the team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Leading a team of Business Development Reps who are responsible for prospecting, sourcing, and qualifying net-new outbound and inbound opportunities.
- Assisting in the creation and continuous improvement of the Business Development process.
- Helping Business Development Representatives with challenging calls and in developing new strategies.
- Taking a hands-on approach to management - you are comfortable leading by example on the phone or on the floor at future events and conferences.
- Recruiting and hiring top talent through rigorous, intelligent, and thoughtful interview practices.
- Collaborating with other leaders at EUNA such as Marketing, Customer Success, or Product to ensure seamless communication and roll-out of strategic projects.
- Analyzing metrics and tracking team performance so data helps drive our decisions.
- Mentoring and supporting on-boarding activities for new team members.
- Participating in the development of enablement programs and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve quota attainment across the entire BD team for meeting held, meetings booked qualified sales leads.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales leadership or management experience
- Relevant education or experience is a sales position, either in B2C or B2B capacity.
- Understanding of SaaS industry, understanding of the BDR role.
- Demonstrated persistence in past role/experience and not afraid to relentlessly follow up with prospects.
- Inquisitive in nature and understand the importance of qualifying prospects.
- Confident and passionate when engaging with customers.
- A track record of meeting goals and objectives that are set out for you.
- Confident and passionate when engaging with customers.
- Genuine relationship-builder and want to help other people solve their business problems.
- Drive for continuous improvement and provide examples of multiple times you’ve improved processes.
- Experience with a CRM or Salesforce is advantageous.

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA or Oakville, ON office.
