Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT related role with extensive knowledge in managing technical help desk operations and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software configuration, network administration, and security protocols.
  • Experience with help desk systems, ticketing platforms, and ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and coach team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement IT policies and processes that scale with our business.
  • Manage setup, configuration, and maintenance of all company hardware devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Manage and renew both firmwide software licenses and web domain registrations to ensure uninterrupted service and online presence.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users during designated hours, including on-call support for EST and PST employees on an emergency basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of essential systems including Office 365, Zoom, Confluence, Slack, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage WiFi networks, access points, and connectivity for all users and devices.
  • Maintain and administer access control systems for physical premises.
  • Scale a team over time to support Center’s growth.
  • Implement and enforce network security measures, conduct employee training on security best practices, and monitor for compliance with security policies.
  • Oversee network setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
