This position is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work at the San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time. The company also provides relocation support for those living 50+ miles away from the office.

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
  • Knowledge in Transformer Network
  • Knowledge in processor architecture
  • Experience in RISC-V
  • Accelerator architecture for AI/ML
  • C++/Python programming
  • Experience in architectural modeling & analysis
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the architectural exploration of AI LLM inference accelerator
  • Conduct research & analysis of architectures of an accelerator using custom instructions based on RISC-V architecture.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
