What You’ll Do

Participate in the architectural exploration of AI LLM inference accelerator
Conduct research & analysis of architectures of an accelerator using custom instructions based on RISC-V architecture.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

What You Bring

PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
Knowledge in Transformer Network
Knowledge in processor architecture
Experience in RISC-V
Accelerator architecture for AI/ML
C++/Python programming
Experience in architectural modeling & analysis
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred

Hourly Base Pay Rate
