About the Role:

The Intelligence Architect is a technical advisory role responsible for helping our customers realize greater value from Digital.ai’s Analytic solutions. It is an exciting customer-facing role to help our customers achieve positive business outcomes for the largest enterprises in the world. Intelligence architects at Digital.ai are highly consultative and invest most of their time guiding customers to get the absolute value from product investments, through process adoption mentoring and prototyping of custom solutions. This role works across executives, process owners, enterprise architects, and development teams throughout the customer relationship: with an eye toward continuous customer advocacy and a laser focus on helping customers embrace Digital.ai solutions to achieve their business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Be a technical expert in the usage and process integration of Digital.ai’s Intelligence portfolio of products
• Develop analytic roadmaps, identifying data visualizations that allow customers to make informed business decisions
• Understand customer source system data architecture and translate it into analytic data structures required for data visualization
• Provide consultative engagement with IT leaders to explain deployed data models including both traditional analytics and data science, machine learning models
• Analyze customer data to identify hidden insights that customers can act on
• Develop data visualizations and train customer users how to build their own data visualizations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
• 10+ years in customer-facing roles of progressing seniority, featuring a mix of technical complexity and enterprise architecture. Experience in a professional services role (i.e. pre-sales engineer/consultant) with a focus on technology is preferred
• 3+ years in Analytics or Reporting focused role using a business intelligence solution to develop dashboards. Experience with semantic data modeling a plus
• Experience using analytics to drive decision-making. Experience driving a data-driven organization transformation is a plus.
• Proven record of quickly understanding customer’s business processes
• Experience working with functional business leaders, identifying business objectives, and developing outcome-focused roadmaps
• Capable project/program management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
