Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree, and/or certification in HR, and at least five years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Deep expertise in all HR functions and current best practices, in a rapidly growing and scaling technology company
  • Strong communication skills, project management skills, and experience supporting operational HR programs are a must
  • Customer-focused, organized, collaborative, analytical, flexible, proactive, resourceful, passionate, efficient, and accountable
  • Strong consultative aptitude with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to think strategically, and a natural inclination to develop solutions based on data and translate those into actionable initiatives
Responsibilities
  • Be a Business Partner with the sales, professional services and engineering leaders in the region to optimise performance, talent management, engagement, total reward and workforce planning. Your integrity will also enable you to be a strong “moral compass” to all stakeholders, enabling them to make difficult decisions in the face of adversity
  • Provide full employee relations support to employees and managers in the region on all people matters, including probation support, performance management, talent management and career development, learning & development, day to day performance, conflict management and problem-solving coaching to managers and employees
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Total Rewards team to research, implement and administer competitive benefits, balancing employee attraction and engagement with effective expense management
  • Drive best practices, and an “employee centric approach” into all our company procedures, optimize our operational and compliance processes with local legislative requirements by developing and continuously improving HR processes and policy across the employee life cycle from onboarding, engagement, development, career & life transitions, and terminations. You're skilled in gaining buy-in from, and education of, employees and managers alike by collaborating closely with them, enabling pragmatic employee experience-centred application
  • Support the Head of People, International in M&A activity - due diligence, deal close preparation, integration, and ongoing communication and engagement
  • Mentor and coach more junior members of the People team across all of international, and engage in regional projects
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the International People team on regional initiatives to empower leaders to lead their teams; and optimize our regional employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes including new starter packs, employment contracts and documentation, orientation, welcome meetings, termination processes & documents, leaver letters
