  • 4+ years of experience as a HR/People Business Partner
  • 2+ years of experience working with distributed teams of 100+
  • Hands-on experience in management/leadership development programs, performance management, and employee relations
  • First principles thinker with a strong bias for action and data-driven approach
  • Assertive and humble with the ability to manage change and develop relevant solutions
  • Prioritization and self-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Expertise in people systems & tools (Lattice, SequoiaOne, Pave, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Gem, Notion)
  • Active certification in PHR, SHRM-C, or SHRM-SCP (Bonus)
Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of Tecton’s business and provide consultative approach to stakeholders
  • Drive and execute critical People programs such as performance & talent management, career development, etc.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership and people matters, career development, and employee relations
  • Establish as a trusted advisor for all employees, resolve challenges, and provide a first-class experience
  • Design and execute scalable People programs, systems, and tools to support business objectives
  • Identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and inform business strategy using organizational health data
