  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration and support, with deep knowledge in Workday modules and similar systems, and adaptability to new system features
  • Experience with Workday Performance and Absence functionality a plus
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and projects
  • Project management experience, including system upgrades and implementations
  • Systematic problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Workday and other applications to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Serve as a consultant to business units, providing strategic guidance on leveraging HRIS systems
  • Manage change, incident, and problem management, and lead system upgrades
  • Lead projects from initial planning to successful completion, including onboarding third-party solutions
  • Assess and propose an approach for Workday functional review of bi-annual releases
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members through mentorship
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance data management
  • Develop best practices documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide comprehensive solutions to ensure seamless system usage
  • Navigate and manage ambiguity effectively, making informed decisions and providing clarity in uncertain situations
