Requirements
  • 5–7 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and building end-to-end Enterprise AI and Generative AI strategic solutions using cloud and non-cloud platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Gemini, Azure AI, Copilot, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, IBM Watson, or DataRobot.
  • Strong understanding of Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced cognitive methods for deriving insights and actions.
  • Experience designing agentic AI workflows, including large language model architecture, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI agent design for production environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience writing quantitative and qualitative business cases supporting strategic business initiatives or AI and data transformation, including value realization and AI governance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of guiding principles and platform components, with expertise in Responsible AI frameworks including bias, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or managing large teams, including planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, developing AI strategy recommendations, and developing proofs of concept.
  • Deep understanding of the data supply chain and its role in AI productionization and scaled deployment.
  • Practical knowledge of information technology and enterprise architecture concepts, including cloud, API-first architecture, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Model Context Protocol, agent orchestration, Machine Learning Operations, and observability.
Responsibilities
  • Identify high-value business processes where Agentic AI can eliminate friction and unlock measurable value using process analysis, business process mapping, process mining, and value-led prioritization frameworks.
  • Design agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and AI agent architecture for production deployment.
  • Design and guide the development of enterprise-wide AI and Generative AI strategies for clients.
  • Guide implementation from advisory and prototype stages through production-grade, scaled AI deployment, including AI productionization, Machine Learning Operations, AI governance, model monitoring, change management, and value realization frameworks.
  • Assess the impact of AI solutions on client technology landscapes and architectures, and formulate guiding principles and platform components.
  • Define AI use-case-driven value realization frameworks and build quantitative and qualitative business cases relevant to clients’ industries.
  • Design and lead proofs of concept and high-level AI or Generative AI solutions to derive insights from data.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and design sessions to identify AI and Generative AI opportunities and client pain points.
  • Assess technology landscape and architecture requirements for AI transformation engagements.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals for AI transformation engagements.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA from a tier 1 institute.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, Life Sciences, Transportation, Automotive and Industrial, or equivalent industries.

Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. The company mentioned LearnVantage only once on its June 2026 earnings call, listing it amongst AI enablers rather than highlighting it as a standalone growth driver. Meanwhile, Accenture is redirecting resources toward cybersecurity, which has grown from $700 million in fiscal 2016 to $10 billion in fiscal 2025. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. The company has also launched Accenture Edge, targeting mid-market companies. The stock is down 24.3% over the past year.

Accenture acquires Dutch SAP partner McCoy to boost mid-market AI and ERP capabilities

Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner specialising in mid-market companies. Upon closing, McCoy will join Accenture Edge, the firm's mid-market business serving companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion. Founded in 2012, McCoy operates from the Netherlands with offices in Spain and the Philippines. The company employs over 380 professionals who design, implement and manage SAP solutions across ERP, data and business applications. McCoy holds SAP Gold Partner status and serves clients in high-tech, manufacturing, public sector, utilities and retail. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market whilst expanding SAP modernisation capabilities in the Netherlands. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
