Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
  • Completed 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
  • Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona
  • 5-7 years working with children and autism spectrum disorders in a clinical supervisor capacity
  • 3 or more years of experience in clinical leadership and supervision of BCBAs
Responsibilities
  • This role will oversee all Centria centers and Life Skills Autism Academy locations in the area
  • Driving Client Progress utilizing internal tools to review client data, documentation, treatment plans and related metrics
  • Provide case support and supervision to your Directors of Clinical Services
  • Drive clinical quality through performance management and development of your Directors of Clinical Service
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and professional development to your team of Director of Clinical Service
  • Work closely with the Area Operations Director to drive growth, expand service offerings and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem solve and implement process improvements
  • Attend and present at local conferences, support Centria marketing efforts, and represent Centria by engaging with the local behavior analytic community
  • Assist the Vice President of Clinical Services in the coordination of diagnostic evaluations/re-evaluations by Licensed Psychologists in their area
Desired Qualifications
  • Crisis management experience is preferred
  • Competency with implementing PFA/SBT and assent-based practices, preferred
