Responsibilities
  • Establish new vacation ownership escrow accounts
  • Process transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Coordinate recording transactions and perform escrow closings
  • Create title insurance policies for each transaction
  • Maintain and verify financial and inventory records
  • Prepare tax documents
  • Receive contracts from developers and review contract documents
  • Upload documents into company operating system(s)
  • Prepare closing spreadsheets and perform quality checks
  • Finalize closings
  • Process information and prepare documents to wire funds
  • Produce title insurance policies from template
  • Maintain inventory records and process inventory releases
  • Perform day to day financial transactions
