Requirements
  • Track large volumes of candidates through multiple stages of the interview process, including candidate communication, testing and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Schedule and monitor interviews through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure feedback is recorded in our ATS and follow up with interviewers and hiring managers as needed
  • Event coordination across insight days, super days, virtual and campus events
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Team to identify goals, make data-driven decisions, and execute process improvements when needed
  • Attend meetings and assist the team with projects and initiatives, including data reporting and analysis, process documentation, and more
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for candidates
  • Assist in the creation of social media content, job postings as well as ordering and distributing company branded merch
  • Final year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • Previous recruitment coordination and experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred, but not required
  • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for data reporting and analysis
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions
  • Outstanding organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are must haves
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and comfortable working with minimal direction
  • Friendly and patient demeanor when dealing with candidates and representing Akuna
