Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build Vertical GTM Engines: Design end-to-end go-to-market systems for priority segments, Define ICPs, personas, narratives, and sales plays, Create repeatable playbooks to support rapid expansion into new verticals
  • Own Positioning & Storytelling: Articulate Titan’s differentiated platform and services value, Translate AI and operational advantages into customer outcomes, Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across the portfolio
  • Enable Revenue & Growth: Build world-class sales and GTM materials, Partner with Sales to improve win rates, velocity, and deal size, Support demand generation and account-based strategies
  • Lead Launches & Adoption: Drive go-to-market for new products, services, and workflows, Define packaging, pricing narratives, and rollout strategies, Accelerate internal and external adoption of new capabilities
  • Lead Market Insight & Cross-Functional Execution: Develop deep customer and competitive intelligence, Influence product roadmap and investment priorities, Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations

Titan is a holding company that buys established MSPs and embeds its augmented AI platform into their core operations to shift them from reactive IT support to proactive, tech-enabled partners. The platform layers into each MSP’s existing software stack and uses AI agents to handle routine tasks, freeing human technicians to tackle higher-value work. Unlike typical MSP roll-ups, Titan aims for deep AI integration to improve efficiency and margins, backed by substantial funding. Its goal is to raise service quality, scalability, and the economics of MSPs in the large global market.
