Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics, e-commerce, hospitality, client or sales relations and leadership in account management
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other postgraduate qualification desired, preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Ability to effectively analyze data and draw conclusions, present information articulately, and respond to questions from managers, partners, executive management, customers, and the public
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, time management, organizational and analytical skills required
  • Detail oriented, with a strong ability to move effectively between concurrent initiatives
  • Knowledge of the Las Vegas hospitality market required
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of yield management principles and practices
  • Strong focus on “team” with a “get it done” attitude
  • Experience working in a flexible, fast-paced ever-changing and challenging environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to attend evening/weekend events regularly
Responsibilities
  • Actively develops and executes on leadership strategy to exceed revenue targets
  • Gains deep insight into the market through strategic alliances and partnerships
  • Participates in industry events and speaking engagements to share industry knowledge
  • Develops mutually beneficial internal relationships across company functions
  • Influences external decision makers to partner with Vegas.com
  • Analyzes data and trends to drive intelligent conversations and make recommendations
  • Creates and maintains strong relationships with assigned partners
  • Educates partners on Vegas.com’s new initiatives and market trends
  • Works with internal teams to ensure execution on client inquiries and solutions
  • Monitors competitor’s sites, rates, inventories, and new initiatives
  • Represents Vegas.com at industry events
  • Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of Las Vegas hospitality market required
  • Flexibility to attend evening/weekend events regularly
