Pediatrics Plus provides pediatric therapy services for children with developmental delays and special needs, combining physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and ABA under one roof. It delivers care through outpatient clinics, developmental preschools for ages 6 weeks to 6 years, and a sensory-friendly farm to support holistic development. The service model coordinates multiple therapies by clinicians, often with physician referrals for Early Intervention Day Treatment and a focus on Medicaid-eligible families. Led by the Denton family and backed by partnerships and expansion plans across Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma, its goal is to make comprehensive, coordinated pediatric therapy accessible to more children and grow its professional capacity.

What believers are saying

  • July 2026 acquisitions added 12 locations and 2,100 employees, creating Arkansas's largest pediatric therapy provider[1][2].
  • Expansion into Oklahoma via July 2025 Tahlequah location and fifth farm site in Searcy broadens regional footprint[2][6].
  • January 2025 PE partnership with Leavitt and Fulcrum secured capital to accelerate growth and scale nationally[5][7].

What critics are saying

  • Arkansas Medicaid EIDT audit found 18% claim denials lacking referrals, risking $1.8M retroactive losses and billing suspension[6].
  • Proposed 2026 Arkansas Medicaid cuts could slash over 60% of revenue since most clients depend on Medicaid coverage[6].
  • Leavitt's 2028 nationalization mandate risks overextension given its prior Therapy Brands buyout failed scalability within 18 months[5].

What makes Pediatrics Plus unique

  • Blended model delivers PT, OT, speech, and ABA under one roof across clinics, preschools, and farm settings[1][3].
  • Unique farm locations provide nature-based therapy with barns, coops, and sensory gardens for real-world skill building[2].
  • First Arkansas master's ABA program via Ouachita Baptist University directly addresses therapist shortage and supply constraints.

Pediatrics Plus expands Farm model to Searcy.

Pediatrics Plus expands Farm model to Searcy. Pediatrics Plus has expanded its "Farm" model of therapy services with the opening of a location serving Searcy and surrounding communities. The Little Rock-based firm provides pediatric health care and therapy services in Arkansas, Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma. The Searcy grand opening marks the fifth Farm location. The Farm model offers nature-based therapy that combines therapy services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy and applied behavior analysis with immersive, outdoor experiences to help patients learn and grow in real-world environments, according to a press release. A grand opening with U.S. Rep. French Hill was held recently at the Searcy facility, located at 1220 Whitney Lane in Kensett. Other Farm sites are located in Bryant, Cabot, Conway and Rogers. "We are proud to expand our specialized therapy model to northeast Arkansas," said Scott Street, CEO of Pediatrics Plus. "The Farm allows our team to move beyond traditional clinical settings into an environment where children can build confidence and independence through hands-on experiences. We are grateful for the support from this community and look forward to serving families across the region." Each Farm location by Pediatrics Plus features a fully functioning farmhouse with a high-stim and low-stim gym and outdoor spaces, including a barn, chicken coop and sensory gardens with a greenhouse, where children can strengthen motor, communication and life skills through purposeful play, the release said. "Projects like this demonstrate what's possible when innovation rises up to meet the needs of a community," Hill said. "Pediatrics Plus is creating new opportunities for children and families in Arkansas by delivering high-quality care in a setting that allows kids to learn through experience, engagement, and exploration. This investment in Searcy will have a lasting impact on the surrounding communities."
