Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a book of business
  • Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist to ensure renewal
  • Upsell and cross-sells; prospect into current accounts to find additional product opportunities
  • Build relationships between customers and support team
  • Demonstrate ability to earn business by conveying the value props of Filevine
  • Be proficient using a CRM to manage your pipeline
  • Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, and leverage it to manage your business, and increase your effectiveness as an Account Manager
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
  • Consistently meet / exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
  • Report on activity and performance metrics
