  • Verifies accounting data, ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed
  • Ensures accurate data entry
  • Analyzes invoices and expense reports
  • Interacts with vendors, management and other departments to verify payment details
  • Processes invoices for payment
  • Reviews P-card transactions for accuracy, editing as needed
  • Processes employee withholding claims
  • Research and reviews Purchase Orders and contracts for payment terms and conditions
  • Resolves accounting discrepancies
  • Maintains accurate financial records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Preference may be given to PeopleSoft experience in Accounts Payables
