Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hospitality team leader role or similar position

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and oversee successful operations for all meetings and events
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and events team to ensure food and service provision aligns with company standards
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively and courteously, escalating to management when necessary
  • Conduct regular checks on business operations, equipment, maintenance, housekeeping, and other health and safety matters
  • Monitor food and beverage control, including performing stock takes and managing orders
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high standards of service
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Contribute to the development of new service ideas and operational improvements
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction
