  • Proven expertise in senior payroll leadership, from a third-party service perspective, ideally in financial services, insurance, or banking.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations, pension schemes, and compliance.

  • Pioneering cutting-edge payroll strategies and drive technological advancements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring world-class service delivery in the growing BPA sector.
