  • A self-starter ability to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity and work independently
  • Maintains high attention to detail and follows a task to completion
  • Approach users' issues with empathy

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT technical support to employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment
  • Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment, supporting live events
  • This position will require being in the office 3-5 days per week
  • While you are working a standard work shift, you will be supporting other remote offices in different time zones during your shift
  • Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
  • Supporting new employee onboardings sessions
  • Write knowledge base how-to articles to support and educate employees
  • Manage our deployed computers, and mobile devices via JAMF and Google MDM
  • Manage the procurement of IT hardware and software
  • Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks
