Responsibilities
  • Customer requirements analysis
  • Customer solution design
  • Assistance with detailed design specification
  • Present Professional Services offerings and methodology to prospective customers
  • Services cost estimation Produce Statements of Work (SOW)Assist Sales with RFP responses including descriptive narration and Project Plans
  • Represent the PS team in the sales cycle, providing application knowledge and skills where necessary
  • Ensure seamless transition between the 8x8 teams: Sales, PS, Support and Customer Success
  • Must be fluent in French, ideally 1st language
  • Solid experience in customer solution design, services estimation and writing SOW's, preferably in the unified communications/contact center space
  • Able to travel to France once a month to attend Sales meetings when required
  • Strong customer management and business consultancy skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Cloud telephony and contact center applications and solution design
  • Able to consult with and negotiate with C-level executives
  • A strong sense of customers' business objectives and excellent project management skills
  • The ability to articulate value, work within project structures and timelines, inspire and sell the future of SaaS
  • The ability to identify how 8x8 solutions can be applied to support the achievement of a company's strategic business goals, while keeping to a project scope and time frame as a trusted business adviser and coach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong communicator, organised and analytical with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with business systems such as Salesforce/Kimble
