Requirements
  • You have expertise with Tableau as a self-service BI tool.
  • You have experience in analytics and business intelligence projects.
  • You have proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You have strong data visualization practices with relevant tools.
  • You have proficiency in database management, either relational or non-relational.
  • You have advanced knowledge in SQL and Python.
  • You have ability to clean, prepare and analyze big data, both structured and unstructured.
  • You have exploratory, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
  • You have experience with research techniques and satisfaction indicators.
  • You have ability to identify patterns, actionable insights and relationships in data.
Responsibilities
  • You will perform data extraction and modeling to generate insights and make recommendations for the business.
  • You will support the definition and construction of KPIs that best represent the business performance of our clients, assisting in decision-making processes.
  • You will work on the development and maintenance of strategic dashboards, reports and KPIs.
  • You will use storytelling practices for effective dashboard construction.
  • You will build solutions and validate hypotheses through comprehensive data analysis.
  • You will design, conduct and measure both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • You will create proposals and conduct A/B tests.
  • You will conduct ad-hoc studies as needed.
  • You will connect with stakeholders to understand database structures, apply necessary business rules and share analysis methods and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • English and Spanish communication and relationship building skills – written, verbal, facilitation, etc, are a must.
