Summer Associate – 2024 Summer Internship @ Atomic

Atomic is a venture fund that founds companies. Founded in 2012, we believe that disruptive innovation is most successfully achieved by pairing innovative ideas with business discipline, and that building those ideas into businesses is not something that can be outsourced. We are builders who create and operate the next generation of great companies - companies we have launched and scaled include hims and hers, OpenStore, Bungalow, Homebound, Terminal, and dozens more.

This 2024 Summer Associate role is focused on scaling our early-stage companies and is based onsite in Miami.

As a summer associate, you may do the following:

Own strategy and execution of functions in our new companies, such as product management, operations, growth, marketing, and R&D.
Define new company launch plans and strategic roadmaps with supporting market research & analysis.
Conduct due diligence with the right level of research and exploration.
Analyze data to inform product, marketing, and operations business decisions.
Identify and talk to customers, translating their needs into product requirements.
Develop hypotheses and work with stakeholders to launch initiatives, measure results, and summarize learnings.
Build programs and operations to make our internal teams run more effectively.
Work cross-functionally, collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, and others.
