What you’ll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers—building strong, positive relationships through professional and timely communication
- Process and manage customer orders, forecasts, and inquiries to ensure smooth product flow through the supply chain
- Partner closely with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve order or fulfillment concerns with creativity and care
- Track and analyze account data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and recordkeeping
- Support payment activities by coordinating with accounts payable and receivable
- Partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Associate degree with 1+ year of experience (or High School diploma with 2+ years) in customer service, inside sales, or order management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus
- A passion for providing excellent service and helping customers succeed
