Position Summary:
To assist in achievement of the company’s strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical’s vision, mission, purpose, and values.
Responsibilities:
• Create a care culture.
• Create a positive customer experience.
• Track and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee key operational areas of the business including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service offerings, profitability, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate efforts with procurement, field, and technical services, and information technology to ensure best practices are utilized across the company.
• Oversee company’s efforts to ensure employee engagement is linked to the company’s goals.
• Clearly communicate company goals and metrics to department heads.
• Provide leadership to the assigned Branch General Manager team.
• Critical strategic priorities are protecting the assets of the company and growing the company assets.
• Assist CEO in developing the company’s vision and plan for growth.
• Accountable for team performance and progress toward company goals.
• Create an operational business plan for each division that underpins the company’s broader strategic plan.
• Build the company’s image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees.
• Train, coach, and mentor company leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred and eight plus years’ experience in a leadership role of multi-service business offerings preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact professionally within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to delegate responsibility and develop leadership skills in other team members.
• Possesses a collaborative and customer-service focused work style.
• Must possess a willingness to effectively lead a team in a way that produces positive outcomes.
