Responsibilities
  • Partner with Corporate leadership to provide guidance on topics like performance management, organization planning, coaching, learning and development, hiring, recognition, leveling, and salary bands
  • Partner with other People Team members and stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
  • 1:1 coaching and support for front line and/or new managers
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
