  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members and managers in their org to evolve in their roles
  • Lead recruiting efforts and hire passionate team members who embody Wellframe's core values
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering and ensure that our practices are aligned with these
