GrabAGun names Jonathan Terry CFO as co-founder Justin Hilty retires. August 13, 2026 Jonathan Terry GrabAGun Digital Holdings has appointed Jonathan Terry as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 14, succeeding co-founder Justin Hilty as the Coppell, Texas-based company moves beyond its first year as a publicly traded business. Hilty, who co-founded GrabAGun in 2011 and has served as CFO since its inception, will retire from the position after 15 years. He will remain involved through the end of 2026 to support Terry and the company during the transition. Terry brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience across public companies, growth businesses and global organizations. Most recently, he served as vice president of global finance at YETI, where he led financial planning and analysis for the nearly $2 billion public consumer brand. His responsibilities at YETI included strategic planning, investor relations and growth initiatives. Terry previously served as CFO of Outschool, Outdoorsy/Roamly and RetailMeNot and held several senior finance positions at Arrow Electronics, including regional CFO of its $6 billion Americas Components business. Across those roles, his experience has included financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions and public-company financial management. "Jonathan brings the financial leadership, operational experience and public company expertise that will be important as GrabAGun enters its next stage of growth," CEO Marc Nemati said. He cited Terry's experience working with executive teams, boards and investors while scaling businesses and strengthening financial discipline. GrabAGun operates an e-commerce and technology platform serving the firearms, ammunition and outdoor industry. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PEW. Terry takes over the finance organization as GrabAGun develops two related businesses. Its GrabAGun.com operation is an online retailer supported by proprietary software for inventory and order management, pricing, demand forecasting and regulatory compliance. PEW Logistics provides manufacturers with e-commerce infrastructure spanning fulfillment, compliance, data and marketing services. That platform-services operation gives the company a second revenue model built around offering infrastructure developed for its own retail business to manufacturers. Hilty helped oversee GrabAGun's development from an early-stage retailer through its transition to the public markets. He remained CFO following the company's public listing to provide continuity during its first year as a public company. "Now that we've completed our first year as a public company, this is the right time for me to step back from the CFO role," Hilty said. Terry will now take responsibility for financial leadership as the company works to execute its strategy as a public business, with Hilty remaining available through year-end to support the handoff.
