Requirements
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional integrated product teams (IPTs) to develop complex control systems
  • Define and recommend the prioritization of work across IPTs Engineering
  • Lead and be accountable for Pursuit, Order, and Capture activities as part of growing the business, leveraging business development and engineering partners
  • Interface with internal and external customers during program execution
  • Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned programs
  • Actively involved with Strategic Financial Planning and Annual Operating Plan processes for the Program
  • Perform regular program LEs, EACs and Program Reviews
  • Support Profit Assurance, and Staffing Reviews
  • Support development of Gate reviews and Integrated Program Management Plans
  • Ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets across programs as an integral member of the Value Stream
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with EVMS, Program management, and Risk & Opportunity management
  • Have demonstrated ability to lead pursuit and capture efforts as part of proposals
  • Experience with Military contracting requirements and proposals
  • Comfortable interfacing and communicating throughout the organization across different disciplines, as well as with different levels of leadership
  • Experience with Engine Control Systems technologies including Fuel Pumping and Metering, Actuation, Electronic Engine Controls, Gearboxes, Heat Exchangers, Ignition, Sensors, and Effectors.
