  • 2-5 years of work experience in a Privacy, Audit or Compliance role or educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant disciplined. Minimum 1-year privacy experience required
  • CIPP or CIPM or other industry recognised privacy certication is advantageous
  • Understanding of North America and international privacy legislations
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office including Visio
  • Inquisitive in nature with excellent verbal, written, presentation communication skills and a keen eye for details
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with respect to time management, work production and prioritization. Able to multi-task and deal with sudden shifts in priorities
  • Recording and updating processing activities for North America and International Locations as required
  • Producing data maps to illustrate the flow of personal data
  • Updating and managing privacy registers; risk, breach, incidents, policy and notice
  • Creating and sending out privacy assessments to business owners and third-party vendors
  • Monitoring Data Subject Requests, conducting initial assessments regarding their validity and supporting the team to ensure all requests are handled appropriately within the regulatory timeframe
  • Supporting cookie compliance by monitoring scan results and highlighting issues
  • Producing reports to support the global privacy team, including; vendor risks, data subject metrics
  • Managing Privacy awareness training roll out and follow ups as required
