Requirements
  • A four-year degree in business, finance, economics, personal financial planning, or a similarly relevant field.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 63/65.
  • An accredited wealth planning designation, with CFP preferred; CFA, CPA, or AWM also considered, or a commitment to obtain one within two years.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
  • A professional demeanor and strong client-service orientation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare for client meetings, including meeting agendas, investment policy statements, asset allocation materials, and planning-related documents.
  • Support post-meeting follow-up, including meeting notes, financial situation analyses, and coordination of planning implementation.
  • Gather and organize client information using RBC’s data-gathering and planning technology.
  • Input, reconcile, and analyze client data relevant to the financial planning process.
  • Prepare financial analyses for clients and prospects, including retirement, estate planning, education funding, stock option, insurance, and risk management needs.
  • Build and present financial plans to Financial Advisors and clients using MoneyGuidePro.
  • Support clients in maintaining and using their online client portals.
  • Participate in financial planning projects and initiatives as needed by the Wealth Planning team.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality client service with a strong focus on accuracy, follow-through, and professionalism.
  • Master MoneyGuidePro and RBC’s wealth planning process through training, e-learning, case studies, virtual group work, and hands-on instruction.
  • Learn RBC’s product and service offerings, planning resources, and related tools.
  • Support Financial Advisors within the local Complex and assigned territory.
  • Maintain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 63/65.
  • Begin or continue work toward an accredited wealth planning designation.
  • Build confidence in client-facing planning conversations under the guidance of experienced advisors and planning professionals.
  • Explore teaming opportunities with Financial Advisor teams across the Complex or territory.
  • Identify a partnership aligned with the employee’s strengths, goals, working style, and long-term career interests.
  • Continue progressing toward a planning credential or certification.
  • Deepen understanding of client relationships, team dynamics, and business growth.
  • Prepare for transition from Wealth Planning Associate to Financial Advisor.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two or more years of financial planning, wealth management, or related financial services experience.
  • Experience using MoneyGuidePro or similar financial planning software.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial planning concepts, processes, and client-service best practices.
  • Experience preparing financial analyses, client presentations, or planning-related deliverables.

RBC fined $4.25M by FCAC. Bank paid $22.4M in compensation to customers affected by inaccurate statements By James Langton | June 25, 2026 | Last updated on June 25, 2026 Plus Icon Image Royal Bank of Canada has been fined $4.25 million by the federal Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) for failing to provide certain customers with accurate credit card statements. According to the FCAC, between 2001 and 2024, the bank provided monthly statements that contained inaccurate information in cases where cards were cancelled due to suspected fraud. "RBC failed to transfer certain credits from the deactivated accounts to the new ones. As a result, impacted customers received inaccurate monthly credit card statements and some customers incurred additional charges," the regulator said. The bank has also already paid $22.4 million in refunds to the affected customers, the federal agency noted, adding that the penalty reflects the harm to customers, among other factors. "The root cause of the violation was inadequate and ineffective control and oversight procedures and operational challenges with processes and proper reporting," the FCAC said. James Langton. Mundys secures $2.3B sustainability-linked credit facility extended to 2030

Mundys has signed an amendment and restatement of its revolving credit facility, securing a €2 billion sustainability-linked financing with extension until July 2030. The transaction aims to strengthen the company's financial structure in line with sustainable growth objectives. The facility was subscribed by a broad pool of Italian and international banks, including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BPM, Banco Santander, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Natixis CIB, Royal Bank of Canada, SMBC Bank EU AG Milan Branch, Société Générale and UniCredit. Legance advised the lending pool with a team led by partner Giovanni Scirocco, supported by counsel Giuseppe D'Amore and associate Clementina Colombo.

ARRAY Technologies expands revolving credit facility to $370M and extends maturity to 2031

ARRAY Technologies, a global provider of solar tracking technology, has increased its revolving credit facility from $166 million to $370 million and extended the maturity date from October 2028 to February 2031. The amended facility includes up to $250 million available for letters of credit. Goldman Sachs Bank USA served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with participation from JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank USA. The company welcomed three new lenders to its syndicate. The enhanced facility will support operational execution, working capital needs and global growth initiatives. Chief financial officer Keith Jennings said the expansion demonstrates lender confidence in the company's strategy and position as a global leader in utility-scale solar.
