What this Candidate Looks Like

Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).
Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.
Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.
Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
Leader and mentor who develops accountability, ownership, and engagement throughout the organization.
Drives a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and operational performance.
Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.

Experience & Background

Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operations, or related discipline.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processes.
Experience conducting investigations related to quality incidents, customer complaints, non-conformances, safety incidents, and near misses.
Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership.
Demonstrated success building and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
