Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive view of the client and their business priorities
  • Grow and retain a book of business and identify expansion opportunities
  • Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and expansions
  • Build and enhance long-term client relationships at the C-level
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews to drive partnership expansion
