Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for advancing CRM digital transformation and 1:1 omnichannel CRM capabilities for US Commercial.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of people leaders responsible for the operating model, marketing automation transformation, and CRM enterprise operations.
  • Identify, define, and implement enterprise approaches to advance CRM omnichannel capabilities, build business cases, and gain buy-in, support, and funding from the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Drive CRM innovation by identifying emerging 1:1 marketing and AI-driven personalization opportunities and envisioning how they can help AbbVie reach and engage customers in its connected consumer ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with leadership across creative and digital agencies, brand teams, media, market research, analytics, Business Technology Solutions, field operations, medical, regulatory, and legal functions.
  • Ensure the CRM cross-functional team focuses on priorities from US Commercial senior leadership and manage team capacity to prioritize impactful projects.
  • Schedule and conduct quarterly business reviews with executive leaders within US Commercial.
  • Partner with HCP, consumer, and patient services CRM organizations to document, share, and socialize CRM best practices across AbbVie.
  • Understand, document, and socialize differences between CRM approaches for consumer, patient, and HCP audiences.
  • Oversee strategic vendor selection and drive high-value, cost-effective solutions for US Commercial internal customers.

  • At least five years of pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
