About the Platform Team:
The Platform Team at StackAdapt includes the Full-Stack Engineering, Product Management and Product Design Teams. These teams are responsible for designing and developing StackAdapt’s web platform which is where users can forecast, build and report on their campaigns and much more. It is also where StackAdapt’s internal teams use a wide variety of tools to manage customer accounts and help them get the most out of the product.
The Integrations & Developer Ecosystem:
We work closely with our strategic partnerships team to create our developer ecosystem which includes our public GraphQL & REST APIs, developer docs, app marketplace and first party integrations such as HubSpot, Shopify and Segment.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building new features in a full stack environment for our developer ecosystem
- Contribute to technical planning and architectural decision-making
- Collaborating with team members on designing complex, scalable, well tested, and well documented software
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects
- Contribute to code reviews and cross-team collaboration with product managers and designers
- Write extensible scalable and test-driven software, either in teams or individually depending on the scope of the project
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Prior experience as a full stack developer, involved in end to end development of customer facing features
- Strong knowledge of API design and development (GraphQL or REST)
- Experience with building external web components & SDKs
- Experience with one or more of the the following OOL Ruby(RoR), Typescript, Go
- Experience with JS frameworks like React, Redux, Typescript, Material UI, etc.
- Strong problem solving skills in data structures, algorithms, and code optimization
- Experience working with relational databases like SQL and MySQL and key-value stores
