Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics
  • 2-4 years of professional experience as a financial analyst, preferably within a Software as a Service (SaaS)/Technology Company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced-level skills using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • High level understanding of Salesforce
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Maxio (SaasOptics) is preferred
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to meet tight timelines and execute multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, flexible team player who is effective at working independently
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and financial data to understand the company’s financial status
  • Prepare annual budget and updated forecasts by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data
  • Develop a dynamic 3-year model to support organizational decision making
  • Monitor business KPIs and alert stakeholders in case of deviation
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly decks to send to the Board of Directors
  • Create processes to measure product profitability and identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects and assignments as required
