Responsibilities
  • Field Sales & Relationship Building: Visit 2 retail locations weekly, spending 3 hours per location, fostering relationships with store staff, and actively engaging customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Confidently approach and educate potential customers on the benefits of smoke-free devices. Comfortably have conversations with new customers, making them feel at ease and interested in the product.
  • Expert Technical Demonstrations: Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the functionality and advantages of the device.
  • Sales & Customer Registration: Drive sales by closing deals, accurately register customers, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Retailer Relationship Management: Work closely with retail partners to ensure cooperation, encouraging redirections and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with retail partners to enhance cooperation, encourage customer redirections, and boost overall customer engagement and sales performance.
