Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Quebec public-network wins put MYLE in daily use across 2,200+ clinicians.
  • 2026 hiring in Ontario, Montreal, and India signals active commercial scaling.
  • MYLE Health and AI Scribe features target documentation pain and clinic adoption in 2026.

What critics are saying

  • Canadian EMR incumbents TELUS, WELL, and Accuro still control most ambulatory switching paths.
  • Bill S-5 and 2026 interoperability pressure weaken MEDFAR's data-lockin moat.
  • A failed U.S. rollout after COMTRON integration would stall its North American expansion thesis.

What makes MEDFAR Solutions unique

  • MYLE owns Quebec public-network deployments after four major tenders by 2025.
  • March 5, 2025 CareWay acquisition adds AI note-generation directly into MYLE.
  • MEDFAR runs cloud EMR plus LIS and RCM across Quebec and New York.
