Job Opportunity: Medical Services Coordinator– Referral Management Center
Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany – 86th Medical Group
Start Date: Immediately
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 0700–1630, excluding U.S. Federal holidays)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? French Consulting is hiring Medical Services Coordinators to provide administrative support within the Referral Management Center at Ramstein AB.

You’ll play a vital role in making sure patients are scheduled promptly, referrals are tracked, and providers have the information they need to deliver quality care.


What You’ll Do

Referral Management & Nursing Support

• Review and process referrals for completeness, TRICARE coverage, and accuracy.
• Schedule and track specialty care appointments across MTFs, network, and non-network providers.
• Provide customer service and guidance to patients, families, and providers.
• Support administrative programs such as Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB) and Service Treatment Records (STR).
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with standards.

• You’re organized, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems.
• You’re mission-minded and value supporting the healthcare needs of the military community.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with electronic systems and databases.
• You’re a strong communicator who can put patients and providers at ease.

• High School diploma or GED required; Administrative training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of medical terminology or TRICARE is a plus.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

This position is not eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
