Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of user engagement analysts and health informatics specialists. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase user engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention while driving positive health outcomes.
  • Partner closely with leaders in product, design, and health solutions to ensure alignment on user engagement goals and integrate user-centric insights into product and service offerings.
  • Act as a thought leader and change agent within League, influencing key stakeholders across the organization and in client-facing environments to ensure the user engagement vision is prioritized and executed effectively.
  • Lead efforts to introduce innovative user engagement methodologies, including leveraging new technologies and analytics. Push the boundaries of traditional approaches, and encourage the team to experiment and iterate quickly.
  • Lead and participate in client-facing conversations, effectively presenting user engagement strategies and outcomes while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations in partnership with League’s Customer Strategy team.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for user engagement and health outcomes. Regularly track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to continuously refine and improve strategies.
