Requirements
  • Lead your team to work effectively and enjoy the interplay across cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and user experience
  • Develop your Insights team. Guide them as they execute from study design through analysis, and coach them to go beyond data to deliver strategic recommendations and act as business partners
  • Lead CI Council to prioritize key research requirements/needs and deliverables across the business
  • Contribute to the joint leadership of the Marketing department, working against common goals and creating strong interdependencies with your peers
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Market Research, Marketing, or related field; Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Consumer & Market Insights/Consumer Research; preferably 10+ with progressive management experience
  • Experience with and/ or passion for purposeful brands and driving/translating purpose in a way that is meaningful and motivating for the consumer
  • Depth and breadth of experience across all brand communications channels - TV, Social, PR, Influencer, Digital
  • Ability to help the team uncover powerful emotional consumer & cultural insights, and translate these into successful communication
  • Thought leadership on understanding and driving Brand Equity
  • Strong drive to generate new initiatives and see them through to action - land new pioneering CMI and marketing initiatives into the business
  • High levels of leadership in influencing senior stakeholders, brand teams, peers
  • Develop high impact actions in collaboration/ partnership within CMI, CTI, Marketing, Finance and external partners/ agencies/ experts
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative primary research methods and analytic approaches required; Strong analysis and interpretive skills preferred
Responsibilities
  • Lead consumer for understanding to identify unmet consumer needs, market whitespace, and growth opportunities in wet and drive shave
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendation for new products, new consumers, and/or new marketing positioning and communication
  • Lead Brand Health and Brand Perception understanding including awareness funnel, sales, brand equity and media results
  • Be the authority on data driven marketing eg audience segmentation and help land/deliver audience specific insights for content creation and media activation
