  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience; Software sales experience preferred
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts
  • B2B relationship building skills
  • Ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop new commercial partnerships that drive new merchants to Lightspeed, both referral and reseller partners
  • Recruit new integration and reseller partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Meet quotas defined by leadership
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth handover to the allocated Partner Trainer, Partner Growth Manager, and Partner Marketing Manager
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an advocate for partners within Lightspeed
  • Responsible for delivering defined ROI, key learnings, reporting, and evaluation of partnership impact
  • Attend marketing and industry events
  • Be a subject matter expert in the POS domain
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
