Responsibilities
  • Create quotations for replacement parts and kits.
  • Ability to learn product Bill of Materials.
  • Drive sales.
  • Communicate continually with customers and prospects to keep them informed of quote progress.
  • Drive for additional product and services scope as part of standard customer quote engagement.
  • Track and follow up on open opportunities and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives.
  • Resolve all customer issues and complaints in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Interface with vendors, principals, and customers through phone, email, and other forms of communication.
  • Work with Sales team to support Parts initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Ability to convert a quote to an order and create and send a purchase order to a supplier.
  • Assist Business Operations to ensure we hold the right inventory.
