Morgan Stanley cuts World Kinect price target to $25 amid midstream risks, company misses Q4 EPS forecast

World Kinect Corporation has raised concerns among analysts despite recognition for dividend growth. On 3 March, Morgan Stanley cut its price target to $25 from $27, maintaining an Underweight rating amid near-term pullback risks for midstream equities and uncertainty from US military action against Iran. However, Wolfe Research ranked World Kinect sixth amongst small and mid-cap companies for high dividend growth and strong unlevered free cash flow yields. The Florida-based energy management company, operating in aviation, land and marine segments, posted disappointing Q4 results in February with earnings per share of $0.30, missing forecasts by $0.17. The stock has since declined approximately 8%. World Kinect expects fiscal year 2026 earnings per share between $2.20 and $2.40.
