Responsibilities
  • Be the day-to-day contact for media and help support our PR agency in fulfilling media requests, reviewing byline and awards submissions and developing key messages and background to arm spokespeople.
  • Support Sumo Logic’s analyst relations program by scheduling quarterly inquiries and briefings, keeping the team up to date on key analyst reports and developing our quarterly analyst newsletter to keep our analyst community informed of all things Sumo Logic.
  • Create engaging and informative content for a wide range of corporate communications materials, both print and digital. This will include, but is not limited to, press releases, analyst newsletters, blog posts, customer stories and communications.
  • Support the customer advocacy program with customer storytelling (case studies, social campaigns, media pitching), developing customer communications as needed, support Customer Advisory Board events as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and human resources, to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
