  • Current enrollment in a BS program with a major in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a degree related to Manufacturing Engineering emphasis
  • Minimum first semester junior status with 48 completed credits
  • Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) through a full co-op term running January to August 2025 or June to December 2025
  • The ability to enroll in a formalized co-op Program through your university
  • A desire to reach beyond the typical engineering role into problem identification, solving and continuous improvement and lead cross functional teams
  • A desire to understand our marine industry customers and work to improve their experience on the water
  • Permanent US Work Authorization required
Responsibilities
  • Attain results in ambiguous and changing situations
  • Mentor and lead diverse teams to attain project results while developing people
  • Build rapport and influence others in a positive manner
  • Solve technical problems using facts while managing change and project risk
  • Gain confidence in your ability to influence people and manage potentially contentious situations to a positive result
  • Act as a liaison to all areas of the organization while you drive execution across manufacturing and transactional processes
