B.S. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in software development
Experience working with cloud technologies. Have a good working knowledge of AWS or experience using Kubernetes
Experience in building and scaling backend services
Experience with languages such as NodeJS, GoLang or Python
Proficient in Linux, Docker, and related tools
A stickler for automation, unit testing, regression testing, load testing and anything that improves the quality of the code

Design and develop cloud software system with high availability and high-performance
Work on backend software that handles voice queries at scale, including integration with speech recognition, natural language understanding, search, and other AI systems
You like working across teams, pulling in the best talent from the organization to achieve goals
You contribute with new ideas, and evaluate multiple solutions with your peers before settling down on specific solutions
You are a fast learner and always willing to learn new technologies
You have an interest in voice-powered technologies and products

Desired Qualifications

Experience using SQL to fetch and analyze data from big data platform is a plus
Experience working with conversational AI system is a plus

About the role

What you’ll be doing

We’re excited if you have

B.S. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in software development
