Requirements
- At least five to seven years of experience in a related field
- At least three years of supervisory or lead experience
- Pre-employment drug screening is required
- Satisfactory driving record is required
- Individuals must be highly motivated and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to motivate others to perform at their peak to create a positive and productive work environment
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining customer relations
- Overseeing the operational costs and service center profitability
- Overseeing the scheduling of work in the shop
- Overseeing the closing of repair orders and parts tickets
- Handle customer complaints
- Dealer relations
- Service work contracts
- Warranty claim processing and claim payment receipts
- Personnel management to include recruitment and selection, professional training and development, employee relations, and performance management
