Responsibilities
  • Directly engage with US OEM customers, driving and coordinating cell development and manufacturing in tandem with the headquarter cell team.
  • Manage projects from conception to production handover, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process.
  • Develop detailed manufacturing program plans, defining strategy, scope, schedule, resources, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the manufacturing program with the planned objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and effectively communicate project schedules to engineering leadership.
  • Identify innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles and maintain schedule adherence.
  • Prioritize and track the progress of cross-functional team tasks, balancing schedule, risk, resources, and outcomes.
