🚨 We're Hiring: Lead Analyst - I

📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position

What you’ll do:  

This position will be part of the Commercial Analytics Hub. Leverage data analytics and data mining skills to deliver insights for the commercial organization that drive revenue increase, profitability improvement and margin expansion globally. Reporting to Analytics manager, the lead analyst will be responsible and accountable for all quantitative analysis in the areas below:

Core Responsibilities

• Strong Tableau Reporting & Analytics modelling

• Use Big data techniques to analyse the financial / Marketing / Product data
• Create data base management architecture to handle the big data and enable the other analytics
• Create Tableau reports and provide best practices in managing the reports
• Understand the business objectives, do the research, structure the ML/AI models and derive actionable insights which focus on areas like
• Target setting and Revenue and Volume forecasting
• Price optimization, Price/Cost forecasting
• Customer Segmentation
• Price leakage, elasticity and GBB matrix

• Automation and optimization: -

• Automate the analytical models leveraging R/Python/SQL or other tools such as Power Automate / KNIME.
• Research on approach and test models to reduce the manual intervention
• Optimize the analytics processes to improve efficiency

• Leadership skills: -

• Responsible for the task management for the projects.
• Lead 1-2 analysts for operational management.
• Guide and groom the analysts
• Multi-tasker who has ability to manage changing prioritization and multiple project requests
