Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Miami. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and client engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials and presentations

• Support campaign planning and execution across email, print, and event channels

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs

• Coordinate promotional activities and internal communication efforts

• Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Maintain and organize marketing assets and project files

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design or CRM tools is a plus

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
